David Fujino is a Toronto-based poet and actor. His poetry will be published in 2004 in Vancouver's literary journal, West Coast Line. paroxysmal the sand-blind thought

enrich'd motivational therapies

by being brittle detainees photograph

perhaps focus the sometimes hills, rivers, valleys

pleasantly-hearted Need

crimsoned cheeks below a furtive glance

small pin's urgency

the presently FOLD the CUT

made beckoning squint

in front of a home crowd

a fast windowblind
